SH-121 Draft Environmental Impact Statement Available for Viewing

The Federal Highway Administration has approved the publication of the SH-121T Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for comment. This is a milestone in project development for SH-121T. Publication of the document allows the Texas Department of Transportation to set a date for a Public Hearing. Cooperation among the three entities involved in the development of the SH-121T project (Texas Department of Transportation-TxDOT, North Texas Tollway Authority and the City of Fort Worth) facilitated the timely approval by the Federal Highway Administration for the document's publication.

The DEIS is available for viewing in person at the Texas Department of Transportation's Fort Worth District Office (2501 Southwest Loop) and at the City of Fort Worth's Central and branch libraries (http://www.fortworthlibrary.org/locations.htm). A copy of the DEIS is available for purchase from the TxDOT Fort Worth District Office in either hard copy ($107.00) or CD format ($10.00).
